PROGRAMME OF EVENT
Day 1: 
Date: 13 Sept. 2024 (Friday)
Registration and collection of freebies: 2.30pm – 3.30pm
Location: Cititel Express Hotel lobby
Red Dress Run (6-7km) starts from Cititel Hotel: 4.00pm

Runners can enjoy watching sunset - 6.00pm at Mynt Club KK

6.30pm - circle 

7.00pm - games (10 cocktails for lucky winners)

8.00pm - dinner

9.00pm - live band starts playing

1.00am - bar closed.

 

Day 2:
Date: 14 Sept. 2024 (Saturday)

Breakfast at respective hotels
9.00am - gather at lobby (Cititel Hotel)
9.30am - buses leave for Kundasang

12.30pm - check in at respective hotels

Lunch at own expenses at respective hotel cafes

2.30pm - gather at The Hill event hall

2.45pm - buses leave to runsite
3.30pm - preamble run starts at Kpg. Mersilau

There will be 2 runs:

 - Short 5km and normal 7km (A to B run)

 - Beers,softies, water and snacks will be provided at the end of the run

6.00pm - buses will transport runners back to hotels

7.30pm - circle at The Hill event hall
8.30pm - dinner
9.00pm - cultural dance, bonfire/karaoke.

12.00am - Finish

 

Day 3:
Date: 15 Sept. 2024 (Sunday)

Breakfast from 7.30am

Free and leisure

Lunch at respective hotel cafes at own expenses

2.30pm - gather at The Hill event hall

3.00pm - normal run starts from The Hill (8.5km) (A to A). For runners who wish to do the short run (3km) 

will be transported and dropped off at Kpg Sinisian.

5.30pm - run finish. Beers, softies and water will be provided after the run
7.30pm - circle at The Hill event hall
8.30pm - dinner

9.00pm - entertainment starts - hash acts, dance, live band, music DJ

12.00am - Finish


Day 4: 
Date: 16 Sept. 2024 (Monday)
Breakfast from 7.30am

10.30am - check out
11.00am - 2 options:

-(A) Buses leave for Kota Kinabalu town or airport

-(B) Buses leave for Desa Diary Farm for 1 hour tour then to Kota Kinabalu/airport

PLEASE BOOK A LATER FLIGHT FROM KOTA KINABALU TO KUALA LUMPUR AS IT IS GOING TO BE A PEAK HOUR HEAVY TRAFFIC ON THE JOURNEY BACK. IT'LL TAKE AT LEAST  3 HOURS OR MORE
